A graduate of the University of Western Ontario, Joseph brings more than 20 years of experience in both Commercial and Residential Construction to every project site.

Joseph personally supervises the day-to-day construction, maintaining the high standards the Morra name represents. His knowledge and wisdom have been a great help to many clients, offering solutions to complex obstacles and masterfully executed results.

Transparency is the foundation of every Morra build. If your question is not addressed here, please initialize a dialogue.

Do you work on smaller projects?

Yes, we work on many types of renovation projects such as bathroom, kitchen and basement renovations.

What about budget?

We are flexible. Some clients prefer a fixed rate budget at the beginning, while others prefer a cost-plus approach.

What does it cost per ft2?

Pricing varies mainly on the quality of the items rather than on the profit of the builder.

Can you help me find a site?

Yes, we offer a home site selection service. We work with many Real Estate Agents in our area.

Do I need an architect?

Unless you are a design professional, we recommend you hire one. We can work with your existing team.

Will I get a contract?

Absolutely. Everything we do is in writing including Change Order Approvals and Schedule Delays.

Do you carry Insurance?

Yes. We carry full liability insurance and are registered with WSIB in good standing.

Can I come to the site?

Yes. We allow owners to visit but require adherence to safety standards.

Do you provide references?

We have completed many renovations and new homes and would be glad to put you in touch with our clients.
